• Performed as a Network Technician and Call Center Operator in university computing and networking systems.
• Earned a BA in Linguistics from The University of Georgia (2002)
• Took a position as a Technology Coordinator with Katapultz, Inc after graduating with her Master of IT degree in May 2003.
• Currently working as a senior web developer at WebMD since March 2004.
